Formal Assessments or Diagnoses
Legal Letters, Reports, or Assessments

End of life counselling, or grief and loss of a loved one

$210 per session (50 min).

Receive up to 10 (usually 6, then 4 after a review and re-referral) Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from a GP.
Medicare rebate (with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan) of $98.95 = $111.05 out of pocket.

Wednesday and Thursday: 9 am, 10 am, 1 pm and 2 pm

Entrance is on the corner of Keira St and Market St - once entered, head to the elevators and go to Level 3. Our office is down the hall on the right.I also work via telehealth and phone consultations.
