What I do:

  • Psychological Therapy with Adults

  • Sessions accessed through Medicare or paid privately

  • Sessions held in person or via telehealth

  • Help adults understand themselves better

  • Focus on deep, meaningful, lasting changes

  • Trauma-Informed & Neuroaffirming practices

I don’t offer:

  • Sessions under WorkCover

  • Formal Assessments or Diagnoses

  • Legal Letters, Reports, or Assessments

  • Child Psychology

  • End of life counselling, or grief and loss of a loved one

Further Information

  • $210 per session (50 min).

  • Medicare rebate (with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan) of $98.95 = $111.05 out of pocket.

    Receive up to 10 (usually 6, then 4 after a review and re-referral) Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from a GP.

    Times: 9 am, 10 am, 1 pm and 2 pm
    Location: I rent an office at CocoNando Support Services: Suite 2C, Level 3, 166 Keira Street, Wollongong NSW 2500. 
    Entrance is on the corner of Keira St and Market St - once entered, head to the elevators and go to Level 3. Our office is down the hall on the right.
